I helped design this four years ago with Ryan Carrol from Astrix. I think we were too early.
Seven inch rear travel, linkage driven single pivot, dropped top tube. Lower that main pivot, pop a 1.5in headtube on there. I think I get it now 😉

hold on how does that linkage work ? as the link works on a different center to the swinging arm yet it seems to drive from a single bolt,,, is there two links hiding in there

sweet…that is astrix’s motolink system on the shock with a single pivot. i have only seen astrix use that on their xc stuff.
a 1.5 would be sweet on that but i guess 4 years ago 1.5 was just starting.

Wasn’t this used on an On-One? Storker or Stroker or something like that? Isn’t it a DW-link or is that different?

ahh…no that’s something different….(DW link)

Looks uncannily like the old Weyless 67 that Supergo used to flog, which were basically cheap knockoffs of Santa Cruzes. A mate had one, it performed well but the welding around the dropouts was so poor, he snapped two rear subframes. Apart from the lousy welding, it was good value for money.

Very nice crankset! 😉 Looks like another candidate for the Stinger! Hahaha
