Someone else trademarked the same name, after we approached them because we tried to trademark a name that was vaguely similar to a part of their name, but not the same.
Then they applied for the same trademarks and it all got a bit unpleasant.
Good grief. That’s a blast from the past from when I was young enough and rich enough to toy with the idea of going rallying. Mortgage and family put a stop to that and now I just spend the occasional day doing safety cover and helping to pull other people out of their mangled motors. I have to say that the possibility of confusing You and them never crossed my mind. Can’t see them going into the titanium hardtail business and agree with others that You have finished up with a better name as a result.
Slightly worried that my last post seems to have randomly capitalised all references to the owner of this website. Wonder whether it will also randomly capitalise the royal we or only works with personal pronouns related to Brant as in you or he.

Let somebody else name there product after “Meth-head” users, tweakers as they are called on the left side of the pond. Anything is better than tweak!
